I'm Vassiliki, a Certified Counsellor and CBT Accredited Psychotherapist based in London. For over thirty years, I have had the profound honour of walking alongside adults through some of life's most difficult moments — offering support, empathy, and a steady, compassionate presence.

My Story

SOULS THERAPY was born from a simple belief: if one person can feel even a little less anxious, a little more calm, a little more seen because of something I created — then it was all worth it.

As a CBT Psychotherapist, I witnessed how many people were silently suffering. They didn't always have access to therapy. They didn't always know where to begin. But they were craving peace, tools, and the tiniest spark of hope.

So I began to create what I couldn't find: downloads that feel like safety, pages that feel like compassion, and tools that gently walk with you through anxiety, overthinking, and pain.

Every card, every journal, every workbook is made with love, science, and soul.
