We sell digital products only. No physical item will be shipped.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns once files have been delivered/downloaded.
If you have trouble accessing your files, receive the wrong file, make a duplicate purchase, or experience a technical issue, contact us at info@soulstherapy.com
We respond within 24–48 hours.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

SOULS THERAPY is not currently VAT registered. VAT is not charged on our digital products, and no VAT invoice is issued. The price shown at checkout is the total price payable.
