Welcome to SOULS THERAPY, your sanctuary for healing and growth!

Hi! I’m Vassiliki, a Certified Counselor, CBT Accredited Psychotherapist and Health Coach with over two and a half decades of experience in nurturing emotional wellbeing for children and adults. My journey, guided by a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, has been illuminated by the publication of eight books, including five in Greek on Emotional Intelligence.

I have completed advanced specialist training in a number of different CBT models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Additionally, I have attended online courses at Harvard Medical School, further enriching my knowledge and expertise in the field of health.

Working in private practice, I have gained extensive experience with a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioural problems including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Self-esteem problems, and different types of Depression.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I have also taught students Emotional Intelligence at the Kapodistrian University of Athens and Marasleion Elementary School.
