I'm Vassiliki, a Certified Counsellor and CBT Accredited Psychotherapist located in London. I'm genuinely thrilled to have this chance to connect with you and offer you a glimpse into my background. Over the past twenty-five years, I've had the honor of working closely with adults, providing support and empathetic guidance.

From a young age, my aspiration was to dedicate my life to assisting others. My formal education commenced with a Bachelor's Degree, and I went on to earn a Master of Arts in Education with distinction. Throughout my professional journey, I've been fortunate to learn from some of the most esteemed psychologists and counsellors in the field.

I have completed advanced specialist training in a number of different CBT models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Additionally, I have attended online courses at Harvard Medical School, further enriching my knowledge and expertise in the field of health.

Working in private practice, I have gained extensive experience with a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioural problems including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Self-esteem problems, and different types of Depression.

My approach to therapy is evidence-based, which means that I draw on a wide range of established psychological techniques, where there is clear research and a strong body of supporting evidence.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I have also taught students emotional intelligence at the Kapodistrian University of Athens and Marasleion Elementary School.
